  1. It consists of a long-term time-lapse from A. thaliana’s leaf epidermal tissue that spans over a 12 h period with a xy-resolution of 0.212 μm and 0.5 μm thick optical sections. The time step is 2 h for sequence#2 and is one hour for all other sequences. Anticlinal cell walls are partially annotated for all sequences. In addition to that, cells are partially annotated for sequence 5.
