Glucose homeostasis is impaired in male GPR19 KO mice following exposure to a high fat diet. Male and female wildtype or GPR19 KO mice were fed a low-fat diet (LFD) and subject to an intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT). The same mice were then placed on a high-fat diet (HFD) for 10 weeks, after which a repeat IPGTT was performed. (A–C) LFD, HFD, and area under the curve (AUC) analysis for male mice.
