Ferritin residual analysis and health outcomes at baseline and FMP 5yrs. Residual was defined as the difference between the actual value of ferritin and the predicted value of ferritin by transferrin saturation by linear regression models. Group 1: Residuals > 1 SD above the mean, Group 2: Residuals within 1 SD of the mean, Group 3: Residuals > 1 SD below the mean. The figure was created using R version 4.3.2 with the forestplot package version 3.1.3.
