Plot of α0(χ) vs χ from Eq. (11) of the model (6) for different values of μ (μ = 0.6 brown (dashed line), μ = 0.72 olive green (dotted line) and μ = 0.89 pink (solid line)). The positiveness of α0 for positive values of the wave numbers χ = k2 justifies the sufficient condition for Turing instability analytically. It is observed that for increasing values of μ, the ranges of χ increases for which α0 > 0. Other parameter values are fixed at κ = 0.15, ξ = 0.55, γ = 3.73, η = 0.005, β1 = 0.5, δ = 0.1 and Du = Dv = 0.01.
