CXCR4-mediated invasion of prostate cancer and normal prostatic epithelial cells. PrEC, LNCaP and PC3 cells were tested for their ability to invade or translocate across a Matrigel™ matrix in response to chemotactic gradients of 0 (□) or 100 ng/ml of CXCL12 (▧).
