The effect of anti-CD46, anti-CD55, and anti-CD59 on C3c deposition on HeLa and CC8 cells. Complement is activated by anti-HLA Class I mAb (W6/32). Experiments were performed as described in “Materials and Methods.” A representative experiment is shown. C3c deposition is determined with flow cytometry and expressed in MESF values (×104). Under the x axis, the blocked mCRP are depicted.
