Supervised clustering of microarray data for selected genes. The patient samples are arranged in columns. The invasive carcinoma patients are in order of increasing NPI. Gene/ESTs comprise the rows. The HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee designation is used for genes and the IMAGE database identifier is given for the ESTs.
