SeC enhances AF-induced loss of mitochondrial membrane potential by regulating the expression of Bcl-2 family proteins. (a) SeC enhances AF-induced disruption of mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm). Cells after treatment were stained with JC-1 and then analyzed by flow cytometry. The number presented in each histogram represents the percentage of cells that lost Δψm. (b) Western blot analysis effects of SeC in combination with AF on expression of Bcl-2 family proteins in A549 cells. (c) Time-dependent effects of SeC on expression of Bcl-2 family proteins in A549 cells. Western blotting method was used to detect the proteins expression in treated A549 cells. All experiments were done at least in triplicates
