Retraction Note to: Oncogene https://doi.org/10.1038/sj.onc.1204999, published online 15 January 2002
The Editors-in-Chief have retracted this article. Multiple panels from figure 6A overlap with figure 3 of an earlier paper by the same authors [1], representing different conditions. There also appears to be partial repetitions within the Actin bands in figures 1 and 3. The authors were unable to provide a suitable response to this concern. The Editors have lost confidence in the data and conclusions of this article.
The publisher has been unable to obtain a current email address for authors Yoshiaki Adachi, Nirmala Chandrasekar, Yoshiaki Kin, Sajani S Lakka, Sanjeeva Mohanam, Bingliang Fang Takashi Ohmoto, and Jasti S Rao. All other authors have not responded to correspondence from the publisher regarding this retraction.
