SYT7 stabilizes ALDH1A3 by inhibiting its ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis. ALDH1A3 enhances STAT3 phosphorylation, indicating activation of the IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway. Additionally, ALDH1A3 promotes glycolysis in NPC. The synergistic effects of STAT3 activation and enhanced glycolysis drive NPC progression. Created in BioRender.
