The holiday season is nearly here and there are some issues that need extra consideration. The dental profession is always short of time, but now there is artificial intelligence to speed things up. Indeed, one particular Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer, better known as ChatGPT, had become the fastest-growing Internet application in history.1

So, when I noticed that an article for the December issue of BDJ In Practice was due, I decided to enlist the services of ChatGPT to help prepare this festive contribution. I started by asking the key question: What gift would a UK dentist most like for Christmas 2023?
