There are diffuse alterations of the ellipsoid zone, extensive interruptions of the external limiting membrane, hyperreflectivity of the inner limiting membrane, and disorganization of inner retinal layers. There are diffuse structural alterations of the choroidal with dot-like hyperreflectivity. (A: right eye; B: left eye).
