Proteinuria increased significantly in the PE group compared with the P group on 16 and 19 days after gestation (*P < 0.01); within the PE group, proteinuria was also higher on days 17 and 19 of gestation after LPS administration compared with values on GD14 (*P < 0.01). Following LPS administration, proteinuria was also increased in the PE + CsA group on GD16 compared with the P group (#*P < 0.01), and it was lower on GD19 compared with the PE group (#P < 0.01); within the PE + CsA group, proteinuria was higher on day 16 of gestation compared with values on GD14 (#*P < 0.01), but it decreased significantly on day 19 of gestation compared with the value on GD16 (#P < 0.01)
