Statistical significance is determined using a non-parametric one-way ANOVA (Kruskal-Wallis test) followed by Dunn’s multiple comparisons test. n ≥ 2 replicates and n ≥ 37 points for each construct. The box plots were constructed with the upper box limit being the 75th percentile, the lower box being the 25th percentile, and the whiskers representing a 95% confidence interval.
