Reaction conditions: 1a (0.1 mmol, 1.0 equiv), 2a (1.3 equiv), 3a (3.0 equiv), NiBr₂·DME (10 mol%), ligand (10 mol%), TDAE (2.1 equiv), MgCl₂ (1.0 equiv) in 1.0 mL of 2-MeTHF and 0.1 mL of DCE under argon at −5 ^oC for 24 h.
