Based on the echinocandin susceptibility, C. glabrata strains were classified into two groups: group S (echinocandin-susceptible [wild-type level susceptibility to echinocandins]) and group R (echinocandin-resistant compared to the wild-type strain), shown as blue and red lines, respectively. The growth curves represent the mean of biological duplicates. b Optical densities at 600 nm (OD 600 nm) were compared at the indicated time points between the groups S and R (n = 7, each).
