RDPNs@diABZIs nanoparticles, composed of the diselenide-bridged polyrotaxanes loaded with agonists diABZIs, generate robust anti-tumor immunity by synergistically enhancing T-cell intratumoral infiltration and T-cell force, thereby potentiating T-cell cytotoxicity.
