Reaction conditions: 1 (0.2 mmol), 2 (0.4 mmol), [Ir(dF(CF3)ppy)2(dtbbpy)]PF6 (2 mol %), Selectfluor (0.6 mmol), and KHCO3 (0.6 mmol) in DCM (2 mL), irradiated with 30 W blue LEDs at 20 oC under N2 for 48 h.
