From: Copper-catalyzed enantioselective three-component radical 1,4-perfluoroalkylamination of 1,3-dienes
Reaction conditions: 1 (0.25 mmol), 2 (0.1 mmol), 3 (0.2 mmol), LPO (0.2 mmol), Cu(CH3CN)4PF6 (10 mol%), (R, R)-L1 (12 mol%) in 1 mL DCM at −20 °C for 72 h under nitrogen atmosphere. Er values were determined by HPLC analysis. Dr values were determined by 1H NMR analysis.
