This NYC MPXV tree was inferred from 1114 NYC sequences by masking the regions with low depth of coverage (Supplementary TableĀ 2). In the figure, PID stands for an individual. Links in the figure were used to connect the sequences from the same individual that diverged at root using their phylogenetic placement. For Individual PID 187, one out of four sequences collected was found in a separate clade. The remaining three were found within the same clade, but one was distantly related by at least 4 nodes.
