From: Marked heterogeneity in malaria infection rate in a Malian longitudinal cohort
As described in Tran et al., the Kalifabougou cohort began in May 2011. We sequenced samples from 464 participants from the 2011 transmission season, as well as 120 participants who continued in the study from 2012 to 2016.
