  1. In total, we sequenced 6 variants of the COVID-19 virus, with the Delta variant cultured in three cell lines, Vero-E6 cells, Calu-3 cells, and primary HNEC. These strains were tracked over either 7 generations or 1 generation, with either 1 or 2 replicates. In total, we sequenced over 200 billion bases, and detected 3 million mutations.
