a Distribution of monoculture (n = 223) and co-culture (n = 203) spheroids based on the Diameter, Area, Solidity, and Circularity features. Each circle represents a spheroid, and each colour corresponds to different experts (green - Expert 1, purple - Expert 2, and orange - Expert 3). The central lines display the average value for all the samples, whilst the dashed lines display the plus and minus one standard deviation. Based on the standard deviation, 9 different regions with a corresponding percentage of the number of spheroids are shown. Spearman correlation was used to evaluate the relationship between the variables. For cases showing either positive or negative correlation, scatter plots were generated using a fitted regression line with shaded bands indicating the standard error of the mean (SEM).
