Five rhesus macaques were injected intramuscularly (i.m.) with three AAV9 vectors encoding the bnAbs C-rh 3BNC117, C-rh 10-1074, and C-rh PGT145 at a dose of 0.2 × 1013 GC/kg of each vector. Rapamycin was given daily and then three times a week by the intramuscular (i.m.) route for the duration of 14 weeks (week −2 to 12 relative to AAV administration). The dosages ranged between 0.15 and 0.4 mg/kg to accommodate individual adjustments.
