  1. Genomic risk loci identified by multi-trait analysis of GWAS (MTAG) clumping independent SNPs at LD r2 ≥ 0.1 using a maximum 250 kb distance between loci. The rsID column contains the most significant SNP from each genomic risk loci, followed by the chromosome and position for each of those SNPs in GRCh37 build. The start and end of the loci are described in the respective columns. EA refers to the effect allele to which the effect allele frequency (EAF), the Z-score and the P-value correspond to. Statistics are described for the single-trait (Single T.) and the multi-trait (Multi T., after MTAG) lead SNPs. The mapped gene described is the gene with the highest variant to gene score using the Open Targets algorithm.
