In behavioral RMANOVA, A Main effects of condition (Line Orientation and Color Naming), B main effects of group (PD-NC and PD-VAM), and C condition × group interaction were significant observed. In the RMANOVA for brain activation, D main effects of condition and E main effects of group were significant, while F the interaction effect was not significant. G Cerebral activity during Line Orientation condition in both groups; H cerebral activity during Color Naming condition in both groups; I reduced activity of VLPFC and DLPFC during the Line Orientation condition in PD-VAM patients compared to PD-NC.
