Prostate cancer cells C4-2B (a) and LNCaP (b) were treated in triplicates with R1881 at a final concentration of 0, 0.1, 1, and 10 nM. Forty-eight hours after treatment with R1881, conditioned media was harvested and measured for PSA by ELISA, and the cells were harvested and counted. Data shows the means ± SEM, * denotes p value < 0.05 versus LNCaP 0.1 nM.
