  1. We compared neutralization results (>40 HAI) against the literature for head domain binding (green), esterase domain binding (red), or stem domain binding (blue) antibodies. H3N8 vaccination induced a polyclonal response but led to higher cross-reactivity than that exhibited by bnAbs. Reactivity to type B strains was not detected in equine vaccinees.
