  1. Parameter names ("Param.”) correspond to Table 1. Priors are either a constant, a uniform distribution U[a, b], a normal distribution N(μ, σ), or a lognormal distribution logN(μ, σ). For log-normally distributed parameters, means and standard deviations (μ ± σ) are calculated from and reported as natural logarithms. Median and 95% credible interval (M ± CI) are all reported in linear space.
