Representative flow cytometry data show that CD8+ TRM cells in the lungs of mice receiving intranasal immunization with Ad5XBB.1.5 + RBDXBB.1.5-HR are antigen-specific, demonstrating IFN-γ secretion after stimulation with Spike peptide pools.
