The infection efficiencies were determined by fluorescence microscope (a) or FACS (b). c, d, NP69 cells expressing DSC2 or DSC3 were infected with EBV by cell-cell contact infection. The infection efficiencies were determined by fluorescence microscope (c) or FACS (d). Experiments were performed thrice with similar results.
