  1. Parameters κe,q and κe,r denote the decay rates of the qubit and the readout resonator into the shared xy and readout line, respectively. The reported electromechanical coupling rate is characterized at a voltage bias of 50 V. The qubit’s lifetime and Ramsey coherence time are characterized and reported at the frequencies of oscillator A/B, respectively. The mechanical lifetime (coherence time) is characterized at a bias voltage of ≈ 40 V (≈ 50 V), where the uncertainty in characterization is indicated with 2σ confidence intervals. The damping (dephasing) cooperativity is calculated as \(C_{T_1} = 4g^2_{\rm{em}}T_{1,{\rm{m}}}T_{1,{\rm{q}}} (C_{T_2} = g^2_{\rm{em}}T^*_{2,{\rm{m}}}T^*_{2,{\rm{q}}})\) .
