In the version of the article initially published, in Table 2, the footnote “^cLiver fibrosis improvement is a proxy for fibrosis improvement ≥1 stage without worsening of MASH” was missing and has now been added. Additionally, in the eighth paragraph of the “Need for personalized therapy in the context of cardio-hepatic–renal–metabolic health” section, the text “albeit nonsignificant versus placebo” has been removed from the sentence “Active treatment was also associated with improved fibrosis, albeit nonsignificant versus placebo”.
