A urologist as a urological patient

The high prevalence of urological conditions means that it should not come as a surprise that we, as urologists, have a high chance of one day needing the assistance of a urological colleague. As a urological patient, the lessons are humbling and provide an incredible opportunity to do better for our own patients.
