From: A pneumonia outbreak associated with a new coronavirus of probable bat origin

  1. Samples from two patients (ICU-01 and ICU-08) were not available during the second investigation. They had been discharged from the hospital. We did a serial test for patient ICU-06 on the following dates: 30 December 2019, 31 December 2019, 1 January 2020 and 10 January 2020, corresponding to 7, 8, 9 and 18 days after disease onset (23 December 2019). Molecular and serological (IgM and IgG) virus-detection results for 2019-nCoV are shown. NA, not available.
