Figures are plotted with the same y-axis range. The standard deviation of the frequency feedback of qubit 2 (73–99 kHz) is larger compared to qubit 1 (27–52 kHz) across all devices. The microwave local oscillator frequency is set to fLO = 18.610−19.590 GHz (compare Table 1). Frequency feedback is implemented by following the protocol described in ref. 39.
