BLI data of RUPA-71 (a), RUPA-116 (b), RUPA-119 (c), and RUPA-75 (d), RUPA-155 (e), and RUPA-46 (f) binding to wild-type Pfs48/45-D1D2 and a D1D2 construct containing a N131Q point mutation. This mutation removes a putative N-linked glycosylation sequon. RUPA-58 was used as a control for proper folding of the D1D2 N131Q mutant (g).
