UMI and gene counts distributions on 1,033,944 mouse cells using genome assembly mm9 and 16,488 empty wells analyzed by MARS-seq2.0. Cells analyzed were either immune, epithelial, fibroblast, stromal, hepatocytes or cancer mouse cells as well as cell lines (mouse ES and MEF).
