The heights of the sample decreased dramatically, judging from the height of the scale bar. When the applied forces surpassed 3,000 pN, the DNA framework was almost destroyed. The strengths of all of the DOS triangles were enhanced and were stronger than the DNA framework. Also, the integrity of the DOS triangles were obviously increased with longer silicification time.
