Correction to: Nature Protocols https://doi.org/10.1038/nprot.2017.131, published online 11 January 2018
In the version of the protocol originally published, the concentrations of chloramphenicol and pyrimethamine used for the study were listed incorrectly. The concentration of chloramphenicol appeared incorrectly as 40 μg/ml and has been corrected to 40 μM. The concentration of pyrimethamine appeared incorrectly as 3 μg/ml and has been corrected to 3 μM.
In addition, there was an error in step 13 of the protocol. This step should read “Prescreen Day 4: change the media on parasites transfected with pU6-SAG1 (both RH and RH/Cas9) to 2.5 ml of D10 containing 3 μM pyrimethamine, and 2.5 ml of D10 only for mock-transfected parasites.”
