(B) Top 20 most abundant Pfam domains detected for all annotated T. musculus protein sequences, ranked by their frequency of occurrence compared to other protists and yeast (left panel). Each unique Pfam domain was ranked by the frequency of its occurrence. The number indicated in each box represents the rank order within each species from most abundant to least abundant (right panel). Shading was dependent on rank order, with darker shades indicating a lower rank.
