Our sample includes both large and mid-sized cities: bold labels indicate the city is among the top 25 cities by population (though, note that the labels shown here are not exhaustive of the large cities in our sample), while other cities are shown in regular font. Anchorage, AK and Honolulu, HI are both included in the sample, though not visualized here.
