Pemafibrate inhibits retinal vascular leukostasis by upregulating TM. (a) Fluorescence microscopy images showing retinal adherent vascular leukocytes in diabetic rats. STZ-induced diabetic rats were treated with pemafibrate or vehicle and intravitreally injected with control siRNA or siRNA targeting Thbd.
