Changing the color of the culture medium in 19 different runs designed with different components of the culture medium. The change in the color of the culture medium to brownish-black indicates an increase iron uptake by strain ASFS1. The result of increase for iron uptake by this strain is to increase the synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles.
