Inhibition of the lncRNA NBR2 in breast cancer cells. (A) A colony formation assay was used to evaluate the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 and BT-549 cells after knockdown or overexpression of the lncRNA NBR2. (B) MTT proliferation experiments showed that overexpression of the lncRNA NBR2 limited the proliferation of BT-549 and MDA-MB-231 cells, while silencing lncRNA NBR2 promoted the proliferation of cells. (C) The cell cycle distribution of BT-549 and MDA-MB-231 cells was detected by flow cytometry. (D) The percentage of apoptotic cells was detected by Annexin V/PI double staining.
