During the mean follow-up duration of 4.31 years, patients with SCI had a higher PD risk compared with matched controls (aHR, 1.57; 95% CI, 1.11–1.22) (A). The PD risk was greater among patients with SCI with disability than in those without disability (aHR, 1.45; 95% CI, 1.10–3.48), (B) especially those with mild disability (aHR, 2.07; 95% CI, 1.05–4.08) (C).
