ST2L expression is associated with proliferation, migration and VEGFA-dependent angiogenesis in vitro. (A, B) The effects of transfection of ST2L overexpressing plasmid or siRNA in BGC-823 cells was measured by Western blot and qRT-PCR. Wound healing assay (C) and Transwell analysis (D) was used to detect the migration ability of BGC-823 cells. The permeabilized cells were dissolved in methanol, and the optical density (OD) value at 570 nm was detected to quantify the number of cells. (E) Transwell assay showed the migration ability of HUVECs after co-culture with the corresponding CMs. (F) Formation of vascular was measured by HUVECs tube formation assay. The number of tube junctions were measured by imagej. (G, H) Western blot analysis of VEGFA protein levels in GC cells.
