Continuous changes in serum lipids after TDF treatment. Comparison of serum lipid levels from 48 to 96 weeks shows no significant changes in TC, TG, HDL, and TC/HDL, except for a significant increase in LDL and LDL/HDL (P < 0.05). TC and TC/HDL exhibited a downward trend from baseline to 96 weeks.
