  1. This table lists all the loci in the mitochondrial genome at which fixed, strain-specific SNPs were identified. The second and third columns indicate the alleles that were present at the marker loci in the AgamP4 reference genome and in the analysed An. gambiae G3 strain samples, respectively. The fourth column indicates the alleles that were present at the marker loci in samples of the An. arabiensis Dongola strain. The coordinates in bold represent the locations of the SNPs used in this study.
