CCL5 induces autophagy through the AMPK signaling pathway. (a,b) Different expression genes in autophagy path way in HT29 and DLD-1cells with stimulated by CCL5 through High-throughput sequencing. (c–f) HT29 and DLD-1cells with stimulated by CCL5 as described in methods and materials and then the expression of ULK1, CAMKK2 and phosphorylated AMPK tyrosine 172 were analyzed by western blot. The expression of β-Actin used as a loading control. (g–j) HT29 and DLD-1 cells were pretreated with Compound C or not and then exposed to CCL5 as described in methods and materials, the expression of ULK1, CAMKK2, LC3B and phosphorylated AMPK tyrosine 172 were analyzed by western blot.
